Pancakes

Easy as pancakes, slightly fluffy, serves two, makes about six.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup self raising flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp or 20g butter, melted

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients (1 cup self raising flour, 1 tbsp sugar) in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate jug, whisk together 1 egg, 1 cup milk
  3. Add half of liquid mixture to the flour, stir until combined
  4. Melt 20g or 1 tbsp of butter. Stir in melted butter to mixture.
  5. Add the remaining liquid mixture to the mixing bowl.
  6. Cook each pancake on a buttered pan, flipping once when golden.
