Pancakes
Easy as pancakes, slightly fluffy, serves two, makes about six.

Quantity | Ingredient |

1 | egg |
1 cup | milk |
1 cup | self raising flour |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tbsp or 20g | butter, melted |
Method
- Mix dry ingredients (1 cup self raising flour, 1 tbsp sugar) in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate jug, whisk together 1 egg, 1 cup milk
- Add half of liquid mixture to the flour, stir until combined
- Melt 20g or 1 tbsp of butter. Stir in melted butter to mixture.
- Add the remaining liquid mixture to the mixing bowl.
- Cook each pancake on a buttered pan, flipping once when golden.
